Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe & Efficient Delivery: Operate light trucks to deliver Gentell products along established routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with customers, providing courteous and professional service, including in-facility deliveries and stock checks.
3. Vehicle Management: Conduct pre-trip inspections, ensure proper loading/unloading, and maintain accurate vehicle records (mileage, fuel, etc.).
4. Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, reporting vehicle issues, accidents, and delivery challenges.
5. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and other relevant information, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery and customer service.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
