AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team in Tyler, AL. You will use company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, ensure accuracy on loads, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move parts. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with opportunities for career growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet safety requirements.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns and pickups: collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance: adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions: process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance: stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
