Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and optional installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts safely and on schedule; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
