Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Returns, cores, and parts collection from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
