Job summary

AutoZone’s Delivery Driver role in Illinois supports commercial customers and DIY shoppers with prompt, accurate parts deliveries. You’ll operate company‑provided vehicles, load/unload parts, and adhere to route schedules while following safety policies.

You’ll engage customers, handle transactions when needed, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced store setting. A valid license, safe driving history, and ability to lift merchandise are required; CDL is not necessary, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & drive-safety compliance.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to commercial customers on a timely basis.
• Load and unload parts per route schedule.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Maintain safety and PPE guidelines in all driving operations.
• Process customer payments securely when required.
• Keep delivery vehicles and fleet information up-to-date.
