Job summary

AutoZone in Illinois is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide WOW! service by delivering automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers using company vehicles. You will load and unload items, verify routes, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards.

We value strong communication, basic automotive knowledge, and a willingness to help customers in both English and Spanish. A valid license and physical ability to lift are required; CDL is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and how they relate to customer needs.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise and operate company vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and provide WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines and company policies during deliveries.
• Process cash and card payments securely as required.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and promotions via AutoZone systems.
