Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company policy.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial and DIY customers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Manage returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
