Job summary

Salvador Logistics LLC is hiring delivery drivers in Fargo/West Fargo. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles available. No CDL required—company van provided.

Earn $23/hr with weekly pay, and enjoy benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). We train new drivers and there is a straightforward onboarding process. Position involves loading packages, delivering on time using GPS, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license (non-CDL — no commercial license needed).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana).
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• No prior delivery driver, warehouse, or courier experience required — we train you.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at our Fargo or West Fargo station, load your van, and deliver on time using GPS.
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions.
• Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication.
• Help teammates with rescue stops when needed.

Skills
