Salvador Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers in Fargo / West Fargo. Locally owned and operated. Full-time is four 10-hour days; part-time and seasonal seats also open for peak. Company van, gas, and handheld provided — no personal vehicle, no CDL. $23/hr with weekly pay. Medical, dental, vision (30+ hrs/week), PTO from day one, 401(k), and early wage access. No experience needed — we train you; process usually takes 1–2 weeks.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (non CDL — no commercial license needed)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana)
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• No prior delivery driver, warehouse, or courier experience required — we train you

Positions Available

• Full-time — 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Part-time — fewer days per week, if you need something that fits around school or another job
• Seasonal — short-term work through our peak holiday season

What You'll Do

• Start your shift at our Fargo or West Fargo station, load your van, and deliver on time using GPS
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions
• Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication
• Help teammates with rescue stops when needed
• Full-time, part-time and seasonal schedules available
• 10-hour shifts (weekdays & weekends based on business needs)
