Job summary

Paci Logistics is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Riverside, CA. This permanent, full-time role offers a company-provided vehicle and a typical 8- to 10-hour day across a 7-day operation.

Drivers are expected to work 4–5 days for full-time, 1–2 days for part-time, with hourly compensation starting at $23.50, and weekly pay. Ideal candidates are at least 21, hold a non-provisional license, and can work in the U.S.

Paci Logistics is a new Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players with a commitment to putting safety and service first to successfully and efficiently deliver packages to customers in a fast-paced environment.

As a new DSP we are looking to build our team of drivers and provide them with potential growth opportunities.

We offer full and part-time positions.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation: $23.50 per hour

Shift Time(s): Shifts start at approximately 10am and typically range between 8 and 10 hours per day. We operate 7 days a week. Full-time drivers are typically expected to work 4 to 5 days per work week. Part-time drivers are typically expected to work 1 to 2 days per week. Hours and schedule are not guaranteed.

As a Delivery Driver with Paci Logistics, you will be working independently and as part of team, driving on the road across the Inland Empire, with centralized support to ensure packages are delivered promptly and accurately.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times, following all local and state traffic laws, road/driving regulations and Company policies.
• Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time.
• Perform safety inspections on Company vehicles.
• Use a hand-held device for routing information andcustomer delivery information, scanning packages, administrative tasks, and communication with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages up to 50bls. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50 and 70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van on repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with support staff.
• Support team in daily work requirements including participating in rescue calls when others need route assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:
