Job summary

Paci Logistics in Riverside, CA is hiring Delivery Drivers to join a growing DSP team. You will drive solo or with a route, using a company vehicle, and deliver packages safely across the Inland Empire with centralized support.

Compensation is $24.50 per hour. Shifts start around 10am; full-time typically 4–5 days, part-time 1–2 days per week. Benefits include PTO and health, dental & vision insurance for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to pass a 4‑panel drug test.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and drive safely.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability and teamwork.
• Good English reading/writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle following laws and policies.
• Deliver packages to customers on time with accuracy.
• Perform basic safety inspections on vehicles.
• Use handheld device for routing, scanning, and communications.
• Load/unload packages and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Report issues to management promptly.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation: $24.50 per hour

Shift Time(s): Shifts start at approximately 10am and typically range between 8 and 10 hours per day. We operate 7 days a week. Full-time drivers are typically expected to work 4 to 5 days per work week. Part-time drivers are typically expected to work 1 to 2 days per week. Hours and schedule are not guaranteed.

As a Delivery Driver with Paci Logistics, you will be working independently and as part of team, driving on the road across the Inland Empire, with centralized support to ensure packages are delivered promptly and accurately.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times, following all local and state traffic laws, road/driving regulations and Company policies.
• Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time.
• Perform safety inspections on Company vehicles.
• Use a hand-held device for routing information and customer delivery information, scanning packages, administrative tasks, and communication with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages up to 50bls. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50 and 70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van on repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with support staff.
• Support team in daily work requirements including participating in rescue calls when others need route assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• At least 21 years of age
• Must have a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successfully pass a 4-panel pre-employment drug test (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Ability to perform all driver responsibilities, including but not limited to, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Schedule flexibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.
