About The Role

Organize, pick-up, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs to our Tower Ambassadors. Create a community bridge between Picnic and eaters.

What You'll Do

• Pick up orders and deliver to Tower Ambassadors in local offices.
• Retrieve orders from restaurant staff, mark as picked-up or handed-off, and deliver according to the task list.
• Be the reliable face of our business.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance. Scooter drivers are exempt.
• Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
• Proficiency in English.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food service or delivery apps is a plus.
