Job summary

SpiveyServices in Virginia is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely deliver and pickup rental equipment and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will transport portable toilets and traffic control gear, follow daily schedules, complete logs, and assist with inventory as workload allows. This is an on-site role offering growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• DMV points: 0 or more with Virginia license.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Experience with large trucks (18'–24') non-CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and set up portable toilets at locations; retrieve units after service.
• Review daily delivery schedules and routes for timely completion.
• Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment to/from sites.
• Complete delivery logs, mileage, and fuel receipts promptly.
• Document restricted-access sites and capture required signatures.

PositionSummary

KeyResponsibilities

• Reviewdailydeliveryschedulesandroutestoensuretimelyandefficientcompletionofassigneddeliveries
• Load,deliver,andretrievetrafficcontrolequipmenttoandfromjobsites
• Completedeliverylogs,mileagereports,andfuelreceiptsaccuratelyandinatimelymanner
• Ensureproperdocumentationforrestricted-accesssiteswhenapplicable(e.g.,navalbaseaccess,DBIDS/RAPID)
• Capturerequiredsignatures,deliveryconfirmations,andmaterialstrackingforms
• Assistwarehouseoryardstaffwithinventoryorganization,materialstaging,orequipmentmovementwhendeliveryworkloadislow
• Participateinongoingtraininganddevelopmentprogramsdesignedtosupportcareergrowthfromentry-levelrolestolong-termopportunitieswithinthecompany
• Performsallotherdutiesasrequired
