Job summary

Sofo Foods in Polk City, FL is seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers to join our growing team. You’ll handle pre-loaded routes, safe deliveries, and accurate documentation while focusing on efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no recent OVI.
• English reading/writing proficiency and DOT screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections for each route.
• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations.
• Maintain delivery documentation and records.
• Verify delivered products against customer invoices.
• Follow all safe driving, unloading, and delivery procedures.
• Communicate traffic delays or transportation issues promptly.

Our drivers enjoy pre-loaded tractor-trailers and established routes, allowing you to focus on safe and efficient deliveries.

Driver Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections for each route
• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
• Verify delivered products against customer invoices
• Follow all safe driving, unloading, and delivery procedures
• Communicate traffic delays or transportation issues promptly

Competitive Driver Pay

• One-Day Routes: $337/day
• Two-Day Routes: $386/day
• Safety Bonus: Up to $1,500

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL required
• Clean driving record with no OVI within the last 3 years
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and climb throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs
• Experience using a two-wheel hand cart for unloading products
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Must meet DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks
• New CDL A graduates are encouraged to apply
