Sofo Foods seeks dependable Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. We offer pre-loaded tractor-trailers on established routes, focusing on safe, efficient deliveries to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record with no OVI within the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
• Experience using a two-wheel hand cart for unloading products.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must meet DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
• Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks.
• New CDL A graduates are encouraged to apply.

Driver Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections for each route
• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records

• Follow all safe driving, unloading, and delivery procedures
• Communicate traffic delays or transportation issues promptly

Competitive Driver Pay

• One-Day Routes: $337/day
• Two-Day Routes: $386/day
• Safety Bonus: Up to $1,500
