Position Overview

Millcraft Paper Company invites applications for the full-time CDL-A Delivery Driver role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CDL-A Driver plays a critical role in the supply chain by ensuring our products' safe and timely delivery to their destination. This position requires a valid Commercial Driver’s License Class A and adherence to all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 6am start time

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License
• Drive a semi-truck or box truck on designated routes
• Pick up products, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver as instructed
• Load and unload cargo (weighing up to 70 pounds)
• Use RF scanner to read barcodes and transfer product information to the warehouse management system
• Operate a pallet jack and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload cargo personally
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report findings
• Operate two-wheelers as necessary for order movement and loading

Qualifications

• Understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and basic driving skills
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds
• Clean driving record
• No DUI/DWI in past 7 years
• Pass pre-employment DOT background check, physical, and drug screen
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong safety and quality control record
• Proficient in math
• Good attendance and work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Lift items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly
• Sit for long periods
• Bend, stoop, and climb repeatedly

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A License
• Medical Card
