Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position involves daily delivery along a set route of stops. The driver operates a bulk cargo tank vehicle, transporting liquid loads. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, loading and unloading vehicles, and collecting COD and cash orders at delivery points.

This driver position is for U.S. Lubricants, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc.

A scheduled start and end time will be established within the core hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive a bulk oil truck and adhere to all safety procedures as per the training manual.
2. Pull product, load, and unload trucks.
3. Provide quality customer service.
4. Maintain complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and delivery activities.
5. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections proficiently and correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be 23 years old or older, in accordance with company and insurance policies.
2. Possess a Commercial Driver License: Class B, with endorsements: (N) Tank, (H) Hazardous Materials, and Airbrakes as required.
3. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights up to 20 feet, as needed.
4. Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
5. Proven ability to provide quality customer service.
6. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
7. Meet the physical requirements of the job.
8. Have one of the following:
   1. 1 year cargo tank driving experience, or
   2. 2 years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or B), or
   3. 2 years of full-time work experience with satisfactory completion of an approved truck driving program.
