Job summary

MRX Trucking Inc is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Colonial Heights, VA, hiring delivery drivers now. No CDL required—just a clean license, a strong work ethic, and the ability to show up and deliver.

You'll deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes using a company-provided box truck, covering approximately 100 miles per day. The work is physical, with up to 150 lbs per package, and dispatch starts at 9 AM from our Colonial Heights terminal.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the truck
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple stops efficiently
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes using a company-provided box truck
• Cover approximately 100 miles per day
• Routes dispatched from Colonial Heights terminal at 9 AM
• Load, unload, and move packages up to 150 lbs
