Job summary

Talento Services, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring enthusiastic, team-oriented delivery associates to deliver Amazon packages on time and with a customer-first attitude. The role is based at 12809 Eastgate Dr, Mesquite, TX 75181, with shifts spanning 9AM–8PM and 7 days a week availability.

Compensation is $21–$22 per hour, plus incentives and bonuses, paid training, overtime, benefits, and a 401(k) match. A company vehicle is provided for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Maintain a customer-obedient attitude, ensuring timely delivery.
• Lift packages up to 50lbs.
• Walk stairs as required.

Delivery Associate

Talento Services, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring enthusiastic, team‑oriented delivery associates to deliver Amazon packages on time and with a customer‑first attitude.

Location: 12809 Eastgate Dr, Mesquite, TX 75181

Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, plus incentives and bonuses.

Job type: Full‑time and part‑time positions available.

Schedule: Approximate hours 9AM to 8PM; shifts 8–10 hours. Minimum 2 days per week for part‑time. Weekends required. All shifts available 7 days per week.
