Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and strong relationships
• Keep delivery operations efficient, meet time and accuracy goals and follow policies
• Drive company vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers; load/unload per schedule
• Handle returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or vendors
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
• Process customer payments securely per company policies
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly
