Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of auto parts; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
