AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to support commercial customers and DIY shoppers with expert automotive advice and on-time deliveries. You will operate company-provided vehicles, assist with parts installation, and help maintain a safe, efficient delivery workflow across stores and vendors.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork with store staff, and adherence to safety guidelines, with a flexible full-time schedule including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and follow safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries; load/unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or external vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process cash and card transactions securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products and report vehicle issues promptly.
