Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial and DIY customers with expert automotive advice and safe, timely deliveries. You will work with store teams, manage basic operations, and help ensure accurate loading, unloading, and returns while following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver's license, know automotive basics, and can lift and move parts. Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals per policy.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines for a safe workplace.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products; maintain vehicles and report issues.
