The role requires a valid driver's license, basic automotive knowledge, and a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for better customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and products is required.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
• Provide clear and professional automotive advice and offer installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules; manage returns and pickups.
• Process customer payments securely following company policies.
