Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States to support commercial and DIY customers with timely, accurate deliveries. You will operate company-provided vehicles, follow safety policies, and assist customers with automotive parts and installation services.

Minimum age 18, a valid driver’s license, and basic automotive knowledge are required. Bilingual Spanish/English and strong communication are a plus. This is a part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is helpful.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading as per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
