Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in California to support commercial accounts and DIY customers. You will deliver automotive parts using company vehicles, provide friendly product guidance, and assist with installations as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; no CDL is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required and safety rules followed.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts helpful.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial and DIY customers with automotive parts guidance and installation services.
• Collaborate with store team and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and pick-ups from nearby stores or vendors as needed.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products and report vehicle issues promptly.
