AutoZone is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in the United States. You will engage with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide automotive advice, and offer installation services, while driving company vehicles and ensuring timely deliveries.

You will collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts, maintain delivery operations, and follow safety and company policies. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships and accurate loading/unloading of parts, with opportunities

Qualificações

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License and safety compliance: must adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive knowledge: basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.

Conhecimentos

Valid Driver's License

Safe driving

Basic automotive knowledge

Bilingual English/Spanish
