AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver automotive parts using company vehicles, assist commercial customers and DIY shoppers, and ensure accurate loading and unloading per route schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or external vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles.
