Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and safe delivery of parts. You will use company-provided vehicles and play a key role in accurate loading, loading, and timely deliveries in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong product knowledge, with opportunities for growth in a stable essential industry.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
