Job summary

AutoZone, a leading automotive parts retailer, seeks a Delivery Driver to serve commercial customers and DIY shoppers with expert automotive advice and on-time deliveries.

You will use company-provided vehicles, load and unload parts, and ensure vehicle readiness while following safety policies. A flexible full-time schedule includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products via AutoZone systems and maintain delivery vehicles.
