Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts according to route schedules and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Return cores, parts, and pickups from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
