Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old and valid driver’s license.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive parts and basic installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals according to policy.
• Operate company-provided vehicles to deliver parts safely and timely; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policy.
• Keep delivery vehicles and knowledge up to date with promotions and products.
