Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Provide WOW! customer service and expert automotive advice to DIY shoppers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet timing and accuracy goals, and follow policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers safely and on time; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from stores or vendors as needed.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to keep a safe driving/work environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; report vehicle issues and maintain delivery vehicles.

Kenntnisse

Valid Driver's License

Basic automotive knowledge

Bilingual English/Spanish
