AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams in providing exceptional customer service. You will operate company-provided vehicles, deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, and ensure accurate loading/unloading with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts according to route schedules and return/core handling as needed.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
