Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store network. You will use company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while maintaining excellent service and accurate inventory handling.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with product knowledge, coordinating with store teams, and ensuring safety policies. This role requires a valid license, basic auto parts knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company policy.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Operate company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule.
• Load and unload parts according to route schedules and protect product integrity.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors as needed.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
