You will help customers with basic automotive parts knowledge, handle payments, and maintain delivery vehicles. A valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and a flexible full-time schedule (including mornings, nights, weekends) are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time with flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – engage customers and provide automotive advice and installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – maintain delivery efficiency and follow policies.
• Delivery Operations – drive company vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries; load/unload per route.
• Returns & Pickups – collect returns, cores, and parts from stores or vendors.
• Safety Compliance – follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – process payments securely.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – stay updated on promos and maintain vehicles.
