Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team in Pennsylvania. You will use your safe driving skills to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while providing expert advice and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You should have a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Bilingual Spanish/English skills and prior automotive retail experience are a plus, with Hazmat endorsement being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, deliver parts to commercial customers, and load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
