Paycom - ATS is seeking a Driver Associate in Georgetown, DE to join the Distribution team. This full-time role supports on-time order delivery, safe driving, and professional representation of the company. Training and benefits commence after 45 days of employment.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years' work experience; distribution or driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform frequent ascents/descents from the truck during deliveries.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; work in variable indoor/outdoor temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare truck for operation by loading, securing items, and verifying shipping papers.
• Document delivery, accuracy, and receipt of orders; report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with the company during deliveries for updated instructions.
• Maintain a safe driving record and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• May perform occasional warehouse and counter duties to support the team.
