Long Lake Marina is Hiring! Join Our Team as a Full-Time Delivery Driver for the 2024 Season!

Are you a dependable individual with a knack for trailer handling and a passion for the Lake Region area? Long Lake Marina is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Yard Operations team. If you're self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities and Duties:

80% of Your Time: Moving equipment in the yard and maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, Moving boats to facilitate the work of other team members, Organizing the yard for smooth operation, Loading and unloading boats into rack storage and trailers, Basic cleaning and maintenance of trucks and trailers

20% of Your Time: Delivering and pickup of customer and sales boats, Moving customer, rental, and sales units between different Long Lake Marina locations, Shuttling parts between different locations, Ensuring cleanliness of customer boats prior to delivery (Walkthrough with detailers to ensure quality)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience trailering boats and watercraft is required
• Experience with boats and watercraft (ability to start and move boats/watercraft)

Preferred Experience:

• Ability to diagnose simple technical issues (Dead battery, fuel, and oil levels)
• Ability to operate a tractor
• Pay based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour,

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed, Day shift
