Job summary

McNaughton-McKay Electric Company is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery associate to support inventory replenishment and on-site customer service. You will stock bins, deliver products, and manage order fulfillment at CAP account sites, while maintaining safety and efficiency across routes.

The role requires forklift operation certification or training and competence with MS Office and basic software. A flexible, self-directed candidate with a clean driving record will thrive in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience including knowledge of daily warehouse operations, inventory turns, material handling equipment assembly and bin building.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently obtain objectives and be self-directed.
• Valid driver's license for region of business operation with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drives to customer sites; delivers and stocks order per account specifications. Plans route and independently schedules work flow.
• Keeps on-site bins clean and uncluttered.
• Frequently lifts, carries or moves products weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading.
• Assists in all other areas of operations as needed.
• Respects various safety standards at all customer facilities.
• Operates forklift with proper training and certification; may also use pallet jack, dollies, handcart and conveyor.

Job description

Inventories, maintains, and creates replenishment orders for assigned material bins at CAP account sites. Provides on-site support as needed. Delivers product to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives to customer sites; delivers and stocks order per account specifications. Plans route and independently schedules work flow. Keeps on-site bins clean and uncluttered.
• Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions product weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products. Typically bends stoops and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or deliver product to a customer.
• Assists in all other areas of operations as needed.
• Respects various safety standards at all customer facilities
• Operates forklift: proper training and certification required. May also use material handling equipment (including pallet jack, dollies, handcart and conveyor).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Warehouse experience including knowledge of daily warehouse operations, inventory turns, material handling equipment assembly and bin building.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel) and Trend
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently obtain objectives and be self-directed.
• Valid driver’s license for region of business operation with a good driving record.
