Job summary

VIP Distributing Co. in Springfield, MO is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to service 6–8 Chevy, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, and Ford dealers daily.

The role requires loading/unloading, following routes, and verifying orders while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll operate full-time, Monday–Friday, with on-site work and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with potential for growth based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C license and good driving record.
• DOT Medical Card if not on file.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay motivated.
• Basic communication skills and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods to customer destinations.
• Load and unload products without damage.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Verify orders for accuracy before/after delivery.
• Provide friendly customer service and report delays to dispatch.

Skills

About Us

The ADI Division of VIP Distributing is a General Motors and Ford Accessories distributor in the Midwest, delivering O.E. vehicle accessories to 200 Chevy, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, and Ford Dealers exclusively with locations in Bloomington Illinois, St Louis, and Springfield Missouri. This position/route covers 6 to 8 dealers daily and is at our Springfield Missouri location. Pay starts at $20.00/hour based on experience. Our team works with a collaborative approach and encourages success among each of our members. The management team is very hands‑on. We invest in our employees and promote from within often.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods from [Your Starting Location] to customer destinations.
• Load and unload products with care to prevent damage.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Verify orders for accuracy before and after delivery.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during all interactions.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery vehicles
