Job summary

VIP Distributing Company in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Delivery Driver to join a fast-paced team. You will deliver orders to customer accounts, read invoices and manifests, and place products in designated areas. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and strong communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Class E Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned orders to customer accounts safely and on time.
• Read invoices and manifests to ensure correct delivery windows.
• Assemble customer orders and place products in designated areas.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
• Support returns processing and warehouse tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned orders to customer accounts in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Read invoices and manifests to ensure appropriate products are delivered to each customer in a designed timeframe
• Assemble customer orders and place product in storage or account specific designated areas
• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Maintain good communication and relations with internal and external customers
• Provide continuous improvement feedback and communication to management
• Work with and support customer service and sales teams to improve daily productivity
• Assist with managing returns process
• Assist in warehouse when needed
