Job summary

Aegis Chemical Solutions in Freer, TX is seeking a full-time Chemical Delivery Driver to haul chemicals from the warehouse to customer sites. You will load and unload, maintain DOT logs, and ensure hazardous materials are handled and labeled correctly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
• CDL Class A or B with HazMat and Tanker endorsement is mandatory. Prior chemical delivery driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Haul chemicals from the Aegis warehouse to customer locations.
• Treat wells and locations on a regular basis.
• Mark completed wells in field ticketing software.
• Maintain DOT documentation and logs.
• Understand container labeling and product hazards.
• Load and unload trucks.

• Hauling chemicals from the Aegis warehouse facility to customer locations
• Chemical treating of all scheduled wells and locations on a regular basis
• Marking treated wells completed on field ticketing software
• Keep up with DOT documentation/logs
• Understand container labeling and associated product hazards
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform routine servicing and inspection of truck equipment and supplies
• Handle special projects as needed

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position, including understanding written and verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and job-related communications.

All candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point) is a must.

CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with HAZMAT and TANKER endorsement is required. Previous Chemical Delivery Driving experience is a plus. All applicants MUST have a clean driving record.
