Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team!
Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). We offer flexible scheduling with part‑time and full‑time shifts.

About the Job

Drivers may use their own vehicle and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto expenses, or they may use one of our company‑provided vehicles. Eligibility for a company vehicle requires a minimum of 2 years of driving history and a clean driving record. All drivers must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily; hourly wages are paid every other Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older, pass a background check, and hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Must have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance. Drivers should possess strong navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings. Candidates must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, handle stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside (temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas). Exposure to food odors, including cornmeal dust. Compact work areas, hot surfaces/tools such as ovens reaching 500°F+, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Duties & Requirements

• Walking/Carrying/Climbing: Drivers must travel between the store and delivery vehicle, carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing. Navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required.
• Driving: Execute safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated area, completing several deliveries per shift.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station; duration of this position is approximately 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day.
• Reaching: Continuous reaching (up, down, forward). Reach above 72" sometimes to operate oven controls or adjust prices. Reach down to scoop cornmeal or clean low areas. Reach forward for topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks: Eye‑hand coordination is essential. Frequent use of hands and forearms/wrists required during pizza dough shaping, handling pizza peel and rolling cutter, and assembling cardboard pizza boxes. Must be able to grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone. Depth, near, and mid‑range vision required for in‑store tasks. Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces, and night vision for driving.
