About the Job

Drivers typically average over $20/hr (wage + tips + mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday.

Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto expenses—or use one of our company‑provided vehicles (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history). Safe driving record is a must.

Our drivers have access to cutting‑edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino’s products faster than our competition. More efficient deliveries = more money.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers.
• Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside – in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Compact work areas including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools including ovens reaching 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Duties & Requirements

• Walking/Carrying/Climbing – Drivers must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations, carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing. Navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required.
• Driving – Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift.
• Reaching – Continuous reaching up, down, and forward. Workers may reach above 72” to operate ovens and turn lights; reach down when scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reach forward for toppings, cleaning, or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination required. Tasks include shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, using rolling cutter, and assembling boxes. Frequent and forceful pinching and grabbing of cans, cutters, and boxes are required.
• Sensing – Talking and hearing on telephone. Depth perception and near/mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks; far and night vision for driving.
