Essential Job Functions:
- Makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
- Inspects vehicle before deliveries.
- Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
- Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
- Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
- Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
- Maintains ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
- Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
- Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
- Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
- Takes initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
- Assembles and folds boxes; affixes labels and promotional materials as needed.
- Assists with food prep as required.
- Reads order slips or receives verbal instructions to prepare orders according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously.
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks work stations and display cases.
- Adheres to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with two years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
- Maintain minimum insurance coverage as mandated by law.
- Ability to pass company motor vehicle report (MVR) and background checks.
- Must possess a cell phone for calling customers.
- Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and interpret GPS directions within the delivery area.
- Capable of navigating adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and carrying products to delivery sites.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling monetary transactions and making change.
