Decorously Deft Delivery & Transport LLC is hiring Delivery Associates in the United States for full-time and part-time roles to deliver packages for Amazon. Ideal candidates are reliable, flexible, and customer-focused, with a safety-first approach and strong communication.

Positions offer a 4-day workweek (40 hours typical) with 10-hour shifts, paid weekly, and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, education reimbursement, and PTO accrual from start.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in stressful conditions.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and move in and out of a van throughout the day.
• Communicate with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls when others need assistance.
