Decorously Deft Delivery & Transport LLC is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Associates to deliver packages for Amazon. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, are flexible, and able to grow with the company. Vocational licensing assistance and benefits are provided, with a focus on a 4-day workweek and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle.
• Follow all local & state laws, road regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; lift packages up to 50 lbs; work on various routes.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smart phone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls when needed.
