The Common Market is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a 26' box truck and support our mission of delivering local foods with care and reliability. You will navigate routes, load and unload products, and serve clients with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at 3AM/4AM, Monday through Saturday, you will maintain schedules, uphold safety standards, and contribute to sustainable food systems through dependable deliveries.

Qualifications

• Requires driving a box truck (26' or larger).
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform loading/unloading tasks.
• Available Monday–Saturday, starting at 3AM/4AM.
• Clean driving record and valid license; food-safety awareness a plus.

This position is essential in maintaining our strong network that supports local agriculture while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and delivering goods to our clients with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting sustainable food systems.

Compensation

$22.50/hour, with up to $4k per year bonus for safe driving.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' box truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload products while adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain route schedules and ensure timely deliveries
• Inspect the vehicle for safety compliance and report any issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience driving a box truck (26' or larger)
• Monday-Saturday, starting at 3AM/4AM
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities related to loading and unloading
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Flexibility in handling changing routes and delivery schedules
• Experience with food safety protocols is a plus
