Job summary

Liftoff Logistics is hiring Non CDL Delivery Drivers/ Couriers in Norwood, MA. Starting warehouse location 750 Everett St., Norwood, MA 02062. Pay is $25/hour, paid weekly. Full-time and part-time positions available. No CDL required; standard driver's license ok. Join a team delivering for Amazon with benefits and growth opportunities.

Shifts typically start around 12:00 PM ET. Full-time: 3-4 days per week; Part-time: 1-2 days per week. We provide uniforms, vehicle and gas, and safety gear.

Qualifications

• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license in good standing.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Clean motor vehicle report required (multiple violations may disqualify).
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Dependable and takes ownership of your work.
• Open to coaching and continuous improvement.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Start and end your day at our warehouse location for morning loadout and end-of-day check-in
• Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses on time, following your navigated delivery route
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections on your assigned delivery vehicle
• Load and unload packages at the warehouse and at each stop; lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout your shift
• Follow all local and state driving laws and company safety policies
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery, even during a busy or high-volume route
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in and out, and staying in touch with dispatch
• Work in all weather conditions and move efficiently in and out of the van at each stop
• Support teammates by covering additional delivery stops when needed
• Report to the warehouse for daily briefings, equipment check-out, and route assignments

Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver with Liftoff Logistics, you will:

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - No CDL Required

This is a Non CDL Delivery Driver role. Here is what we are looking for:

• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license in good standing
• No CDL required - this is a Non CDL Driver position open to anyone with a standard license
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Clean motor vehicle report required (multiple violations may disqualify)
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Dependable and takes ownership of your work
• Open to coaching and continuous improvement
• Comfortable problem-solving on the fly in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Commercial, DOT, or prior driver experience is a plus - but not required
